maybe but in the research I have seen (but can't remember well enough to quote) I don't think the 50% gets hit until at least 15/16, maybe even 17.
But I concede I may be wrong (perhaps just wishful thinking). I'm not going to bother chasing the stats though (I'm supposed to be working!)
