Correction - MTS does not have a moat any longer. It's inability to possess the pricing power which the majors achieve on the back of their far greater scale (together with its downgrades) has resulted in ETrade removing MTS moat status and giving MTS a reduced fair value of $2.80.
Major structural issues being the smallest player losing their turf rapidly to the majors.
Probably more bad news to come, even though management may have overstated the downgrade to try to look better. MTS could be a good buy between $2.50 to $2.80.
