anyone who thinks some of the small cap penny dreadfuls "aren't" being manipulated in some form or another must be living on another planet.
i'll give you one guess what tool they use where they can muster support with unsuspecting traders..????
maybe they'll nab 1 or 2 perps, but the rest will fly under the radar.
