I have a gut feeling that we may get an update very soon on how things have been shaping up on underground ore reconciliations and recent processing performance.
There are also a couple of key factors that may influence past estimates on 4.3 g/t reserve grades,
- what was the upper cut-off level used for that calculation? (I’m hearing it may have been 20 g/t, and they may be finding some nice juicy veins with much higher grade than that … which would be a bonus)
- what mining width was assumed on the 4.3g/t? (I’m hearing they may be using a narrower mining methodology… so taking less lower grade/waste off the sides)
until OBM have 2 undergrounds in operation they will need to blend … but recent report indicates a good chunk of that lower grade is already mined (and costed) and stockpiled on the pad (so will be low cost)
June 24 quarterly report should be a real cracker … imho
