The other alternative is that the volume came from NPS Mining Alliance, who have been a long suffering (creditor converted to equity) shareholder from the wash up and reconstruction of Eastern Goldfields collapse
NPS held over 39 million as at last annual report and recent daily chart has been indicating that there was a large seller at 24 around
this turnover may have removed any large overhang
either way, institutional investors are certainly coming for this company and market consolidation around these levels must be healthy
