Very good move though. The permitting process seems quite complex, and continues to change and evolve. Having 'experts' working on their behalf can only be an improvement.

Lets not forget that BLR is trying to do business in a place that wants to let them. I think they (the county) just want to make sure that the t's are crossed and their i's are dotted and that the squeaky wheels get some oil.
