I think that may of been the intention,, give the ASX watchbody something ,and something with some uncertainty so asto deflate fridays white candle,,,which incidently is the largest one day % gain since the peak at 39¢.

The 2nd announcement was necessarily delayed as its a different subject basically and deserves seperate conderation. Its potentailly a cash cow, a power play with other oilers requiring refining, and garners favour with the Angolan gov't through developing much needed critical infrastructure that reduces the cost of fuel(s) for the nationals,, and ,,ahem,,makes it a lot easier for the incumbants to get re-elected or at least retain power.

2 different implications deserve seperate announcements, imo.
