so all this demand that does exist is being contained by all theses people remaing to live at home
or maybe this underlying demand that we keep hearing about but see little evidence of it actually existing in real terms of people buying, does not really exist
WA and Perth was and probably still is taking a very large portion if not the largest portion of population growth in terms of a percentage of existing population.
And this was suppose to be the driving force behind the over inflated market here. Population has still been growing at very high levels over the last 2 years, yet property prices have either been stagnant or dramatically falling.
