there is a growing trend that most people do not want to live out the back of burke.....out in the wilderness.... and that is where these news homes are built.....
in the old days, people accepted the fact if you wanted to buy a house you had to go where the houses were available....thats not the case today....
so they are left with buying units...dont want a unit ?? then sit back and wait to find a more suitable place...
this debate is just becoming more boring by the day...to me...am really only interested in a couple of places....nothing else matters to me....and those suburbs are just moving along quite nicely....and they will continue for the next 100 years.....
my home is my castle....I do not really give a rats tooth about all this mediocracy...that has permeated society
Mediocracy has two approaches to transforming culture. Dumbing down involves coarsening and trivialising output to the point where it becomes stupefying rather than enlightening. Sexing up involves wrapping up the trivial and vacuous in jargon and technique, in order to render it sufficiently opaque for its vacuity to be concealed. Often both qualities are combined, resulting in a low-grade product with a veneer of esoteric complexity.
