    I have been looking at Blu for a while and have been trying to make head or tail of the story.

    Looking at the individual companies they all seem to have decent fudamentals. The management screwed up and have been replaced and the company has been recapitalised. Based on the revenue increase and the written off liabilities, where is the downside?
