I see the future of this company in the US so I am sitting on the fence until such time as we know one way or the other as to whether they will sell or retain their US assets.

If they sell their US portfolio then I will lose all interest in this stock but on the other hand if they retain and then grow their US portfolio then I will invest in this stock in the future.

As things stand now I will not act until all the uncertainty about the future direction of the company is cleared up.
