hahaha - produce, product... what's the difference :-) Yeah i agree with your point about lack of information - ACR has a bad habit of using the same investor presentation - which in my opinion is terrible for communicating what is happening with the other opportunities.
I would love to learn more about Recuvyra - as i think that there is some value in that opportunity - but without any guidance i am having to make some large assumptions about pricing, market size growth rates etc.
For what its worth i value the US Axiron opportunity (including milestone payments) at $2.52 per share and 0.42c on the Non US Axiron opportunity ( both assuming we get to 20% share of respective market over the next 5+ years - and then holding this type of level in the face of the generics). That gives me a valuation of $2.95 per share. I use a WACC of 15% and TGR of 2%.
In line with other brokers here - but i think if the company could pull together a coherent story about one of the other opportunities such as Recuvyra the market would start to price further upside... is Recuvyra worth $10m, $20m or $50m+ in net fees to this firm?? and likewise with the other opportunities... OR is it like you and Scouse say - the pipeline is dead and worth nothing and in that case what the F&%%k are they wasting shareholders money...
Anyone attending the AGM and want to press the point here?
