so basically CPB are in a position to bid up to whatever the shareholders will accept.
What do you guess the target statement will indicate ?
have you seen it already ? Did you write it yourself ? LOL
If anything now that CHL is in play there may be other bidders. How long are their contracts for ? When would they be renewed ? Clearly CPB would not want to wait that long and then start a bidding war. Considering the sector is booming l expect there would be interest from others as well. Especially with that nice cashed up balance sheet. Target statement should be very interesting!
