I don't know what specifically the target statement will disclose, but I know it will involve profits and earnings going forward as well as the general goals of the business. We will get a much clearer picture of the growth prospects and why the stock should be trading on a much higher earnings multiple than it is presently.

Also I would imagine the company will talk about the rising levels of export coal and how this is affecting profits and margins. The board will have to play a couple of trumps to get the shareprice well clear of the paltry CPB bid. Bring it on I say.
