in spite of the bearish market CPB are still so highly valued that they can offer a lot more and still have a paper profit on the deal. The longer this goes, the higher the price l reckon. Directors obviously keen to hold out as long as possible.
have you seen target statement yet ? Any clues as to price ? Would love to see another offer. Seems to be the name of the game these days.
l presume CPB is the undisclosed buyer at 31c ? Dont think they have bought any in the last month. Some are taking above the 31c as the profit is irresistable, but we both know that is a mistake! How much more are you buying ? Maybe we can control the balance between the 2 of us!
