Mate of mine was looking to buy the property in the link below and asked my opinion. It was quoted 700-770k. I told him that it wouldnt sell for under 900k.

There needs to be a serious review of the RE industry to flush ot the rogues who continually try to fool the public by drawing large crowds to an auction when they know that property will sell for far more than the quoted range. Agents are simply using this as a ploy to demonstrate their so called abilities in producing unbelievable results and promtion of their agency. They dont care about anyone but themsleves.
If i see another agent advertising in a local paper displaying an unbelievable result blah blah bul$hit bul$shit, im going to vomit on their door step...PLEASE TELL ME WHAT AND HOW YOU CONTRIBUTED TO THE UNBELIEVABLE RESULT???
