@econteacher. Up until a year or two ago the company was focused on horse well. But last year and this year the focus is on ophara. Look through the previous announcements.
Late last year the company was very hopeful that drilling ophara would produce amazing cobalt results. But the campaign failed miserably and the sp dropped from 1 cent to 0.4 cents.
Since then (i.e. this year) the company has fine tuned it's exploration targets, and has hopefully got things right.
There are many long-term holders who have a an average share price way above 1 cent. But there are also lots of short-termers here who will dump quickly for a profit on any sniff of positive news.
