I retired at 55 18 years ago just so I could do volunteer work and cruise. I live of my portfolio. In spite of that it is about twice the size of what it was when I retired. Simple reason I keep my eye on profits and potential for next 12 to 18 months. I avoid big loses no matter what. Yes this did cause me to miss a great run up in Lynas but I did very well on other things during that period. Lynas is still way over bought Just look at the per share numbers for profits Revenue and Book value. Unlike the majority who say it is oversold I tell you what I use to form that opinion where the oversold group thinks it is fine to say it because so many others do, without thinking or justifying it at all. Now here is something for you to explain why I am not correct? in april and may2022 Lynas was between AU 10.00 and 11.50 and REE prices were high look at any Sp chart.. Since then, Revenu has dropped from 327 M to 128M down 600 % of what it was. All the up rampers were correct when they said about 90 % of revenue change is reflected in profits when revenue goes up. They seem unable to acknowledge this when revenue goes down. So revenue is down 60% yet the SP is only down 1-( 6,82/ 11.00) =40 %. So how can any body say it is over sold? Over time SP tracks Profits which is linked t revenue. Since Lynas only post profits in SAR and AR we have to look at revenue and just guess at profits but they will be way down in SAR. with shutdown maybe even in RED. Couldsomeone that thinks Lynas is over sold please explain what I am missing?
