I seem to recall some discussion on the topic that suggested there was upside to the profitability as well since the numbers used for costs did not take into account the savings that the novel port solution offers - some of which is offset however by (initially) smaller ship capcities while the set up is rapming up. So possible for another 10 or 20 dollar/tonne saving to transport costs (?).
