Approx. $80 million worth of stock obviously can't be traded on-market. It would push the price up way too much. A broker who wants to buy or sell a large quantity will generally do it out of hours. The other possibility is that it's a churn by brokers who want to draw attention to the stock. They shift money between accounts without it actually changing hands. I'd ignore it.
