Helmel, my comment was meant to imply that WM could mine the ore by instinct, he is probably that good. From all the work that's been done, from the years he has been involved with the project, he could probably mine it with his eyes shut!
PPH, likewise, I'm sure that an official DFS isn't needed for the capex; all the work done, the bulk testing, SHOULD have given them all the data they need without correlating it into an official DFS - although I think they should have released the results of the bulk testing. After all, they claim they have a successful processing route for high recoveries of all minerals; why not show the results which prove it?
But producing separate JORCS doesn't require an EIS and is only a rejigging of data already in the hands of the consultants - then WM would have an independent piece of paper indicating what the cash flows for the first two or three years will be for the finance negotiations.
