For all that I don't like the way WM operates, I'll bet he doesn't need a DFS to tell him where to dig - but the markets understand JORCs (for all their shortcomings) and WM wouldn't be trying to persuade funders that his opinion of the orebody is such and such, when the only official, independent report says otherwise.
