Biggest risk or opportunity i can see at the moment is the 10:1 consolidation and stock opening at 12 cents and then dropping back to 10 cents or lower in 0.05 increments.
If oil drops further this will be a very likely outcome, seen it before too many times with the good old 'consolidation'. Worse still if management can not secure the debt funding and need a further capital raising to prop up funding.
I'm not saying it will happen, but, subject to world macro economic conditions, performance results from drilled wells (especially if they under perform) and price of oil (especially if prolonged lower prices) its a possibility.
Seen too many past cases of rosy forecasts and upbeat posters before the unthinkable happens (ie remember BCC).
