I actually think the risk is entirely in the POO. I cant speak for other SH but for mine, its going to be virtually impossible to vote up any of the proposed CR-enabling resolutions, WITHOUT full disclosure about the debt package situation, as one negates the other. Consolidation is a good thing on balance (provided) that its not undermined by further CR's IMMEDIATELY afterwards.
Without a yes vote, its just consolidation. As yet I have not seen an adequate explanation of the need for these proposed CR rule relaxations, other than broard statements about the need for AKK to have access to capital. That's what the debt deal is supposed to provide is it not. We need to acknowledge the elephant here management! AGM's just around the corner.
