In General.
Thanks for the replies. I personally believe that the next 100 years will see many "you beaut" technologies fall by the wayside. If you look back over the 150 years of the motor vehicle you will see it is littered with numerous ideas which failed. The future will look the same. I have had that conversation before, and many say. "It is different this time." That is merely an invitation for history to repeat itself. Thanks for the link mate. Interesting reading.
If we are going to use batteries, I feel that the Vanadium Redox or Supercapacitors will be a better technology.
I'll see if I can give you a link to Hydrogen research. They are papers, so I may not be allowed to.
In General again.
It seems strange to me that no one ever mentions ECE engines. ICE is not the only way to go, and never was. The ICE was a poor idea done very well. However, look at the countless trillions spent in 150years, to make it as good as it is now. The papers I am reading are for running an ICE on Hydrogen. To me, it seems a damn good way to go. The only pollution (minimal) generated are some nitrides, due to the nitrogen in air. (78%) This can be controlled by keeping the combustion temperatures a bit lower.
I am not telling anyone not to invest in Lithium, I may do so myself in the future. Again. There is money to be made in Lithium. Isn't that why we are investors?
To the abusers.
If I ever want to do a thesis on "Confirmation Bias" I will use HC as my field of research.
