    If went back in 2017, AVZ was planning route via Lubumbashi (that's probably why the road upgrade was initiated.
    I suspect if went this route, Truck to Lubumbashi then railway to Dar es Salaam, would cost more, probably USD$250-280/ton my guess. Luckily Manono project mining site cost is only USD$100/ton due to low strip ratio and over 200m thickness, where site mining cost for Australian mines would be around USD$250/ton. This saving of USD$150/ton, plus tin credit of around USD$50/t, Kind offset big transport cost, imo.
