3. CATL have their finger prints all over this with Zeng Yiqun CATL’s head honcho.
   
   NAL is like another Tantalex being fuelled via Ruihua, and MINOR in the cominiere Dathomir JV MINOCOM that tantalex made faux-airs of acquiring portions of tailings tenements from.
   
   Bin Guo that name rings a bell....
