Shanghai Securities News (Reporter Wang Zilin) Xu Liuping, chairman of China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd., said at the 2019 World New Energy Vehicle Conference that China FAW firmly adheres to the new energy vehicle as the main body of the group company and the main focus of the development of each brand. And "electricization, intelligent networking, sharing, and ecologicalization" as the direction and breakthrough of automobile development.
Xu Liuping said that by 2030, FAW Group will realize two mainstream passenger car platforms, covering A0 to D, and the brand covers red flag, Pentium, and liberation. At the same time, the proportion of new energy products owned by the Group will reach 40% in 2025 and over 60% in 2030. In addition, the synergy between FAW and the joint venture will increase significantly in 2030.
