But now they are PRIVATELY saying to one SH "Things are happening as we speak" and "Exciting times"

Incidently way back in July Tom said "Content is being delivered as we speak"and in May it will be a "50/50 split" . But last OFFICIAL ann said they are still negotiating!!

Yep, lets stick to facts.
Oh, speaking of which they said the $500,000 will hit up in early October.
