Everyone gets paid a wage, use that money to buy shares on the public domain like everyone else. This is a public listed company, not an employee owned entity. If you want to incentivise, set clear KPIs and award with cash equivalent to % of annual wage. Then that can be business tax deductable.
Not everyone should get performance options when this company is not yet producing a cent. Keep in mind it is the SH money that you are spending and if any of you is not happy with your incentives, speak up and we will show you the door. Cant believe the greed level when we just increased all director renumeration last AGM
