I don't know much about Tinci, but yes a battery manufacturer with a large financial and market position - Chinese or otherwise. I believe Ken intimated becoming integrated in the downstream supply chain at the AGM (as a "trade off" for us delivering "supply security") - and I don't think he was referring to a JV processing plant.
Anyway, that is what I am expecting in January ... and the reason for the EGM.
