Funny you mention Target....I think they've had some issues for quite a while. Some time ago, I went to the Target at Carindale (a premier Brisbane shopping centre), and the place looked like a bomb had hit it...stock all over the floor...what a mess! And, no, they weren't restocking the shelves.
Sure, it was in the clothing area, and customers can be grubs, but I just couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Something to keep an eye on if I were a WES shareholder (which I might be if they get down to $13-$14).
