I see that a lot...I bought into WES, thinking they can make the coles store look and run like woolies..
Because they did it well with bunnings...
Its just going to take a lot of hard work to get coles staff morale up, and to show them the way...the stores should hopefully reflect..and things could maybe steam along from there
