Understanding rights issue, and panic selling.

Seems that very few IVX shareholders have any idea as to how the R.I. is going to be conducted,

and by the general panic selling, how it will affect current shareholders.


## HC holders probably don't even make up 10% of current shareholders.

R.I. price was published on 31/8/2017, but it appears that so many "investors"

weren't aware of it, until the anns on 12th Feb.

Just blindly buy a 'rising' S.P. with no idea of what was going on.


If those ann. on the 12th, weren't published, this would have been well beyond 3 cents today.

Those that take up their "full entitlement" would increase their holdings,

by 29.63 % for a very small outlay, (VERY small) , and no brokerage fees either.

Holders of 1 mill. shares, can buy 296,300 shares, for only $592.60.

At todays price, 2.1 cents, same amount of shares will cost $6,222.30 (plus brokerage).

By the same token, you can sell your shares, that cost $592.60,

(at todays price), for $6,222.30, minus brokerage.

* Those that bought 200,000 shares, at 2 cents, if they took up their FULL

entitlement, would have 259,259 shares, for an all up cost of $4,118.52

at an average of 1.588 cents. (1.6 cents) .................................................


Average price slashed by 20%, PLUS an extra 29% more shares.

Will I be taking up my full entitlement? You bet I will,

only wish I had spare cash to buy more today.
