As I've been saying for a while now, this stock has been running hard,
on NO news.
The R.I. was announced on 31/8/2017, but until
the company presented an ann. on the 12 Feb.
I'd say most holders in this stock weren't aware of this,
(the R.I.), and started panic selling. Why sell, no idea.
One needs to remember that only CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS,
are eligible to buy the new issue shares.
# If you/anybody bought shares at 1.7 cents, with your full entitlement
of the .2 cent shares, your av. price would be 1.36 cents,
or an 'advantage' of around 26%
Getting an issue of only 8/27 of shares held, 29 % increase,
not a really earth shattering volume of new shares.
Selling ONLY the R.I. shares, at 2 cents, would see
a 900% profit, on those shares only.
Selling R.I. shares at 1.7 cents, would give 750% profit,
again, only on those shares bought at .2cents.
Definitely will be some profit taking when people get their allotment
of new shares, but at around 26% profit,
a lot of L/T holders probably may not do so.
