If anything the path is easier now as its all well understood.
The CAIX targeting molecule is already approved and the action and any toxicity etc of the isotope is well known now.
I don't think just because we're near the end of the half that approval is any more or less likely.
Yay or nay will come out of the blue and with imaging of this cancer being so sorely needed i wouldn't bet against it.
If anything the path is easier now as its all well understood....
