My Current thinking and analysis of the 2 is as follows -

Both 18F-PSMA-1007 and 68Ga-PSMA-11 identify all dominant prostatic lesions in patients with intermediate- or high-risk PCa at staging. 18F-PSMA-1007, however, may detect additional low-grade lesions of limited clinical relevance (this is why the sensitivity is higher) however, defluorination of 18F radiotracers may influence the accuracy of lesion detection in bones due to unspecified bone uptake, which can alter the choice of treatment and subsequently affect the quality of life of patients.

I do believe that looking that the sensativity and specifity in isolation is not the whole picture here and given the above ILLUCCIX is a superior product.
