    Senior Counsel, Global Operations

    The Assistant General Counsel, Global Operations, will serve as the primary legal partner to the Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO) and their team by overseeing legal matters related to Telix’ manufacturing and supply chain organization (“Operations”) including product sourcing, development, manufacturing, quality, distribution, third-party radiopharmacy partnerships, health, safety, facilities, enterprise risk, environmental, and sustainability.

    This is a high-impact, high-profile global role with opportunities for professional growth as Telix continues to expand the size of its operational footprint around the world (currently 10 sites with nearly 200 employees).

    Core responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating key agreements for the development, manufacturing, and distribution of our products, provide general legal and compliance advising to the Group COO and their team, and work with colleagues in the global Legal and Compliance Team to develop and implement Telix’s legal strategy and objectives.

    The role will report to the Group Deputy General Counsel with a dotted line to the Group COO. This can be a remote role anywhere in the United States or based out of our Indianapolis-area office.

    Scientist I, Radiochemistry Development - Vancouver

    The Scientist I, Radiochemistry Development will oversee and implement the development, production and synthesis of radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals using ARTMS' QUANTM Irradiation System hardware, customized QUANTM cyclotron targets and proprietary processes in order to meet current and future radiopharmaceutical product objectives. Product objectives will be performed as part of a collaboration between ARTMS and a collaborating organization; the successful candidate will be based in Burnaby, British Columbia and will be travelling to the collaborator sites as required. Specific projects will include cyclotron production of gallium-68, zirconium-89 and possibly other metallic radionuclides which will be used to label radiopharmaceutical precursors for eventual clinical and commercial activities. In addition, the Candidate will have the opportunity to explore novel research, publication and presentation efforts in collaboration with colleagues.

    The position is part of a team surpassing current cyclotron-based isotope manufacturing and processing capabilities and changing the practice of nuclear medicine. The successful Candidate will help ARTMS anticipate customer's needs and work with industry and academic innovators on next generation radiopharmaceutical products. The primary focus is to ensure that radiopharmaceutical product specifications meet industry, customer and Company expectations while overseeing that operations, workflow and end products are compliant with relevant certifications, in-house QC/QA standards and regulatory requirements. An additional focus is to produce and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on product manufacturing processes currently in the field and in the pre-commercialization stage.

Lead identification and evaluation of medical technology product, platform and partnership opportunities from discovery through commercial stage, and the prioritization process to focus on opportunities of highest value. Effectively and independently manage cross functional due diligence, internal presentation/approval and negotiation process, along with closing value-adding transactions.Take a leading role in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and licensing agreements. Facilitate management of existing and future partnerships, in close coordination with Telix’ alliance management function. Participate in overall strategy refinement and expansion of Telix’ external innovation ecosystem within the medical technologies business unit. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and forums, promoting the company as a leader in the medical technology space.Provide regular updates and reports on business development, external innovation and partnership management activities and progress.
