    VP of Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific

    You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

    In this newly created senior leadership position, as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing you will play a critical role in shaping the future and driving growth in the Asia Pacific Region. You will be responsible for developing, leading and executing strategic commercial initiatives that maximise patient access to Telix's portfolio of Theranostic products and maximise Telix's brand visibility. Reporting directly to the CEO of Telix Asia Pacific, this role is not a sinecure, but rather a role for an individual that will relish the opportunity to take Theranostics – the sixth pillar of oncologic care – to 60% of the world's population.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximise patient access, and deliver revenue, market share, and profitability goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment of commercial efforts with product development and regulatory timelines.
    Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals, tracking performance against established metrics.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to sales leaders, ensuring a high level of performance and customer engagement.
    Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
    Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies as needed.
    Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, thought leaders, and key customers to enhance the company's reputation and market position.
    Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

    Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical, or relevant medical device sales and marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of direct experience.
    Prior experience in developing diagnostic and/or radiopharmaceutical S&M strategies highly beneficial.
    Experience managing all aspects of a product launch from branding, labelling, implementation of regulatory-compliant communications tools, advertising and media engagement and sales plan development.
    Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics across the Asia Pacific region.
    Willingness to travel as required to lead the Asia Pacific Region's sales and marketing activities.
    Experience in managing and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams.
    Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and CRM systems to inform decision-making.
    Deep commitment to the ethical delivery of healthcare, with a well-developed understanding of the privilege it is to help patients in need.
