Director of Strategic Partnerships APAC

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships APAC you will play a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of Telix's Asia-Pacific partnerships, as well as identifying new opportunities in the region, with your main focus on China, Japan and South Korea. You will establish and manage relationships with partners and coordinate internal and external functions to drive the delivery of the partnerships' goals, while working with the broader Asia Pacific commercial team to identify opportunities for early revenue generation from Telix's products in the region.

Establish and cultivate collaborative and effective relationships with APAC partnership(s) and stakeholders to drive mutual success.
Manage the ongoing maintenance of partnerships in APAC, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery of commitments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, research and innovation, clinical, project management office, and regional and global commercial to enable the realization of partnerships' objectives.
Identify new opportunities within the APAC region, with a focus in China, Japan and South Korea that align with organization's goals and objectives.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partnerships.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and make adjustments as needed.
Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure that partnerships are compliant with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Proven experience in strategic partnership development and management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Deep understanding of the Chinese market and business psyche, as well as other key countries, such as Japan and South Korea, in the APAC region.
The ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners in a culturally heterogenous region.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
Fluency in a third, non-English language will be considered favourably.
