Remember when CB in the beginning was giving a lower TAM for illucix. Things has change drastically and I believe doctors are now trying to get patients to use multiple PET scans for Prostate cancer. Also other companies doing treatment wants to use PET scans to better see if there are improvements.
The TAM given for Zircaix and Pixclara seems to be in a conservative side like was initially given for illucix, I would be more aggressive in increasing the TAM.
Just my opinion based on my observations.
