Thats the beauty of theranostics; its relatively simple to understand.
We already know that we have strong binding to CAIX through Zircaix results so it's very reasonable to extrapolate from that, that cancer cells which express CAIX will be killed with therapeutic radiation doses.
This is not the case with any other drug development programs which have so much potential to fail due to so many unforeseeable confounding factors.
It certainly gives me a lot more confidence than with any other biotech stocks.
TLX591 with an antibody approach previously untested through diagnostics carries more risk of course.
I'm ready to buy everything i can once PFS data is released and shows that ot does what it says on the box.
Once over that hump it's sure to be a Once in a lifetime opportunity.
