    EMEA Market Access & Patient Advocacy Director, Geneva

    Telix Pharmaceutical EMEA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access & Patient Advocacy Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving market access strategies and fostering patient advocacy initiatives across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, this position requires a hands-on and results-driven individual with a strong background in market access, reimbursement, and patient engagement.

    Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or PhD) preferred.

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

    Proven track record of successfully launching and securing reimbursement for pharmaceutical products in the EMEA region.

    Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory requirements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

    Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.



    Develop and execute market access strategies to optimize product reimbursement and market penetration in alignment with company objectives.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including payers, health authorities, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant organizations.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and legal to ensure alignment and integration of market access initiatives.

    Monitor and analyze healthcare policy changes, pricing trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

    Lead the development of value propositions, health economic evidence, and reimbursement dossiers to support product reimbursement submissions.

    Identify opportunities for patient advocacy engagement and develop programs to enhance patient access, support, and education.

    Represent Telix Pharmaceutical EMEA at conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote market access and patient advocacy initiatives.

    Provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams on market access-related matters.
