Let me read into it, they sold because they thought they can get a cheaper IPO. Now Morgan Stanley and whoever is hiding behind Instinet will have to buy back if they want to bring back their holdings to the previous level. They thought CB is dumb enough to give a lower price. CB is a smart guy. They bought ARTMS for the supply/production. Now there is a shortage of Ac-225. Such a great CEO.
