I'd say its the opposite, probably someone with no idea how to distribute an order properly. People love to complain about algos and small orders when in fact they are designed to avoid this exact situation, i.e. a large order causing market impact cost. If this seller had split the order up into many smaller ones they probably could have gotten a better price (and of course would have had a much smaller impact on the market). I guess as a positive it indicates those selling at current prices aren't exactly the brightest
