You are wrong to assume that many shareholders do not understand the deal.
I have a big problem with the valuation of N.S.
John's fee is not immaterial.
You do not seem to understand how many long term shareholders who have supported the company for over ten years, feel that they have been let down.
The issue of options to existing shareholders would help offset the big dilution in shareholders' equity.
OBJ Ltd is worth more than 1.5 cents a share.
