I'm not sure if you are aware that under the agreement to purchase NS for every 1 million of EBIT not earned on average over the next three years DP will loose $5,000,000 worth of OBJ shares. For example if the average EBIT of NS over the next three years is $8 Million DP will receive $40 million shares. This means that the purchase price is adjusted to $75 million. $35 million of cash and $40 million equity in OBJ
