Logistics basically. The go between the manufacturer and the retail outlet

Nutrition Systems distributes in a limited market. Australia and New Zealand. Their main market being national grocery chains, nutrition retailers, and health food stores.

If a national grocery chain such as Coles or Woolworths or the like stops stocking a product/products, a massive hole would occur in the sales.

This distribution business relies heavily on massive amounts of money being poured into "deal" arrangements. Its called cooperative advertising and the like. All of it is supplied by the distributor/manufacturer. Its a murky area and unless you have experience in this space, you can get sliced off at the knees in a heart beat.

The so called new company will cost millions in promotional funds to operate and that is only Australia and New Zealand.

The platform with distributors can change on a dime.

A manufacturer decides to go his own way or a National Retail chain decides to stop stocking a product and all of sudden a gigantic hole opens up in revenue.

The millions of dollars touted for this deal is dreamland.

It is not reality - mark my words.

The OBJ minimal management group have no idea the mine field they are entering.

Lets face it, OBJ is basically a one man operation Jeff - until the other "hotshots" came on board.

Now the story as got out of hand and retail shareholders do not have a clue what lies ahead. Palermo's history with PNO should preclude him from making such a call for OBJ to be even considering such a proposition.

Jeff is a technician of the magnetic concept. This recent suggested company change is out of his area of expertise and imo will turn into nightmare out of his control

Take the blinkers off and dispense with the bull....
