hey pman, whats your opinion of the NS purchase, . hpascoe has stated that their accounting advise is that it is a good buy. a couple of people I have spoken to are of the same opinion. what are your thoughts, with your accounting background, if you don't mind. not so much the synergy with obj but just as a pure purchase for $85m?
