Kiwi,My issue is many here are jumping to vote yes when crucial information is yet to be provided. I believe many here are intimidated by a board (all boards know this) and consequently do not even come close to exercising their rightful power in this process. A no vote has far more benefits to shareholders than an ill considered and hasty yes vote.
